Ms. Cox’s practice emphasizes commercial and consumer loan enforcement and workouts; real estate litigation and mortgage foreclosures; and creditor's rights in bankruptcy. Ms. Cox was an adjunct professor of law (bankruptcy) at the University of Minnesota Law School, 2003-2008. She is also a contributing author to Bankruptcy Practice in Minnesota (2012-present).
